Twitter official: Kobe Bryant unfollows Dwight Howard, addresses Lakers breakup

Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is accustomed to getting what he wants. Armed with an unmatchable determination, he's relentless in his efforts to win. Despite the lengths he went to keep Dwight Howard, the center chose the Houston Rockets.

Bryant reacted the way you'd expect someone who isn't used to losing, he went on the defensive.

Check Twitter and you'll see that, of the 818 people Bryant follows, Howard is not one of them. Bryant follows teammates Pau Gasol, Steve Nash, Steve Blake and even Darius Morris. One former teammate, though, is missing, because Bryant unfollowed Howard after his decision to join the Rockets.

Shortly after Howard chose the Rockets, Bryant posted to Instragram a picture of him and Pau Gasol, with the hashtags: "#vamos #juntos #lakercorazon #vino." Here's the photo, yet another sign that Bryant was none too happy with Howard.

Update: Former Lakers teammate Jodie Meeks posted to Instagram a shot of Howard photoshopped into drag and an Orlando Miracle WNBA jersey, which is sexist and stupid. Meeks also pointed out out that Howard unfollowed the Lakers social media accounts.
